Full briefing: Washington DC plane crash investigators pledge to leave 'no stone unturned'

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) promised to leave "no stone unturned" in its probe into the deadly Washington DC mid-air collision.
An American Airlines passenger jet and a US Army Black Hawk helicopter crashed nto the Potomac River near Reagan Washington National Airport on Wednesday (29 January).
All 67 passengers are believed to have been killed.
