  • The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) promised to leave "no stone unturned" in its probe into the deadly Washington DC mid-air collision.
    An American Airlines passenger jet and a US Army Black Hawk helicopter crashed nto the Potomac River near Reagan Washington National Airport on Wednesday (29 January).
    All 67 passengers are believed to have been killed.
