Life Updates I Never Shared | Chronic Illness, Dance, & More

- A lot has happened in the past five years that I never shared on UA-cam. I finally want to share the more of my personal life with you guys, especially now that I'm making a return to UA-cam with regularly scheduled videos.
In case this video meanders a bit, I'll summarize my experiences here:
1. I graduated from grad school with an MFA in Creative writing.
2. I am now in my 2nd full-time job after graduating, and I plan on staying there for a while.
3. I developed a 2nd chronic illness-- the first, that I already knew I had, was endometriosis. The 2nd that I developed in 2016 was interstitial cystitis.
4. I've starred in two dance productions (Peter Pan as Wendy, and a Cinderella retelling as Cinderella) and will star in my third this year (Robin Hood as Prince John).
5. I've moved into an apartment and adopted a sweet little kitty named Kay.
6. I found the love of my life. His name is Chan, and I'm excited to introduce him in a future video.
It's so wonderful to be back!

That is so scary to have to go through! I learned about ICPBS this past semester and can't imagine the pain you have to deal with. I'm glad you uploaded this update though and that you had a few highlights sprinkled throughout! I wish you nothing but the best going forward!

I just wanted to say congratulations on overcoming the challenges thrown at you and equally, congratulations on the amazing things happening in your life. I'm definitely interested in an Avatar review! I keep toying with watching it but never committing.

Thank you! 😊 Avatar is one of my favorite series of all time! The beginning is just a bit slow, but as the plot develops and the characters grow the show gets so much better, and the ending is perfect. My boyfriend Chan is watching it for the first time and he loves it!
