    attention is prior to sense I am which is aware of I am and after that attention looses the power of taking forms then it is mirror which reflects the absolute and absolute reflects the attention,two mirrors reflecting each other then attention dissolved. this knowledge is passed on to brain which is in absolute quietness I.e. brain also reflects this happening (happen word is used as language is crippled to express).

    Mooji, regarding peace of mind, please tell me your opinion: Can singing be used to replace meditation, for the same affect? I have just started music and I realise that it really makes me forget problems. I sing, bought myself a flute as well to learn.

      Always-Stay-Positive singing is a form of meditation but you should practice both
