Actually this was a remade episode named Wonderland i think that squidward and spongebob discover the monsteruious universe of diffrent shapes and nonexisting things until they go further a door appeared and they multiplied with diffrent faces and shapes squidward opens one door that was him as a goofish donkeyhead then he opens the next door his bedroom is there empty without him then the door statics around then his face shows up like a appearing mascot his eyes are carefully red and dripping blood and insaneness basiclly what happened to this episode it got banned and remade and the creepy squidward guy is deleted and replaced as a squidward baby now so children wont get terrifyed of this scene
