This is GOLD 🤯🫵🏻🫵🏻🥇🥇
Always great information! I had a shoulder injury, and decided to buy your program. So good job! Thank you!
Great news I hope it’s going well for you. Reach out if you’ve got any issues.
For winging, how many reps and sets would you suggest?
In most cases, how long does it take for winging to correct if all goes as planned?
Thanks, great video. Dumb questions: why do you need the foam roller? Can't you just do it against the wall directly? Also, why not do it on your knees to prevent lower back arching?
I started seeing a physical therapist and found out I have a labrum tear, possible bicep tear, and a frozen shoulder. Would this be something I should try to do as part of my exercises or should I hold off for a while until I'm allowed to do overhead weights, chest press, and weighted squats and lunges again?
I would work on other mobility exercises below shoulder height first. Physiorehab.com for the programs
@@physiorehab Thank you! I'm going for an MRI next month since I've been in physical therapy now for two months with very little improvement. My therapist thinks that when I dislocated my shoulder I got a big tear in my labrum and bicep tendon that may need to be surgically repaired. At this point I'm not supposed to do any overhead exercises. All my mobility and strengthening exercises have to be below the shoulder. I will definitely check out the mobility exercises on your website.
How many sets/reps per day?
Excellent video! Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
