Finally, a teacher that does a decent walk-through of an experiment I can follow and understand each step- cant thank you enough!
Thanks so much Mr Rayner you are a great teacher at school!
Written on the table!
Sir your just the best
You saved my life
Thank you for all the helpful work Rayner-sensei🙏🏾
sir you are such a good teacher i wish u had more alevel videos, were they only for lockdown?
total volume should be 66 cm3
It is its 56 before hydrogen peroxide added and then 10 cm cubed of h202 added as final reactant
I'm gonna stick with 66cm3 tbh, sounds more solid and makes sense in my head
25cm3 of H2SO4 + 5cm3 of KI + 5cm3 of Na2S2O3 + 1cm3 of starch + 20cm3 of H2O = 56 cm3
Great but shouldn’t you be swirling the test tube with a glass rod.
And also double check your total volume.
This is very useful. Is there any literature value for this experiment
would we be able to call this a chain reaction
so so helpful!!!!!!
How To calculate activation energy from clock reaction please reply fast 😢😢😢😢
what are the concentrations/molarities of each solutions in this video?
0.25 Sulphuric Acid0.10 Potassium Iodide0.05 Sodium Thiosulphate0.10 Hydrogen Peroxide
subbed
You're A Top G
How did you add up the volume to be 56cm3
Does this experiment use dilute or conc sulphuric acid, need to know for risk assessment
Dilute, it's only needed to acidify the Peroxide
What kind of starch is this?
