@MiniDonbeE NO arm will break, when you see arm shaking that means that the person is just catching a balance nothing more. Arms don't break from standing on them.

Beautiful. Artfully done. Flawlessly executed. You should be very proud of your effort. I am amazed that a person can do that. This may sound weird but I think it would be interesting if you adapted your amazing talents to sports. I'd imagine you'd be phenomenal at things such as street workout or gymnastics (though I wouldn't be surprised if you studied gymnastics to incorporate in training). I feel as though many people could learn from you. Strength is barely half of this skill. Serenity...

The square pole object are called canes and on top i block of wood.
I am born in a circus family so I have bin doing this a long time now.
