You need to build up intimacy in other ways too. Because even if you're married, people get sick, babies are born, job promotions happen, you get tired, you get stressed. If your only way to show your partner you love and appreciate them is sex, you're in trouble. The 5 Love Languages works for us. My husband is a words of affirmation guy. If I want home to feel loved and appreciated I need to tell him, send him a text or leave him a note, and I can do that for him even if I'm sick, even if I've just had a baby, even if I'm super stressed I can still make him feel loved. My husband is Catholic and part of our marriage prep course they told us the same thing, each person write down 5 things that makes them feel loved and close to their partner that isn't sex. Because as great and as intimate as that is, you need a foundation to build that on.
20% of the Muslim population in America is ironically African American with half of them being converts. I don’t know if that will help cultural relations for that guy (I don’t know if he is Islamic), but they could’ve paired him up with a better partner. I feel so embarrassed as not all of blk American women act like her. Hell, he seems like a dream for many girls I know.
this woman is awful...then she says, "Oh, I want your mother to know that I'm a good person" lol... Well it turns out his mom was right. This young man should listen to his mother.
LOUSH!❤️ IBBY!❤️ I’m dying over here! Yes, serious taboo but I feel it’s more for out of respect, honestly. It’s, “wam bam, thank you man”😂😂😂😂. Don’t even ask me why I know that. Memphis and Brittany I find is an embarrassment and an inaccurate portrayal of brown skin women here in the U.S., this is TERRIBLE! Anyway. Just as a the media portrays. This is a falsehood and it’s tiring and tragic to see. On another note, sex is too casual and overrated in the U.S., hence the divorce rates and the culture and lack of family values in many ways. Right now, it seems to be all about money and how much material assets you can show you have acquired and show off. I went to Morocco, got married and fell off the map! I’m done. Morocco is my new home. The people, the culture, the environment, Alahamdulilah, it is amazing. I feel blessed. I love my husbands family immensely and I stayed with his family for a long time. I had my own room and bathroom. It was AMAZING. My family is of Trinidadian, Venezuelan and French origin. Morocco reminded me of Trinidad( the people, food, so much from a long time ago) but desert style. I missed you two. Much love and respect, Always to you and your families ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.
