Thank you, again - for a wonderful video AND a marvellous pizza recipe!!! I see paneer on my grocery store shelves and I always wonder what to do with it. I think it is a kind of cheese product, but it doesn’t melt and you can fry it. Now I can see a good use for it. I shall buy a brick next shopping day and add it to my pizza recipe. Are there different types of paneer flavours? Which one(s) would be best for a first-time try-er? The masalla that you made for it looked delicious. You just get a plain paneer I think there aren't many varieties, probably somewhere you may get masala paneer but as you are using it for the first time it's best to go for plain one.
