I suddenly just saw visions of Ron Howard staring at me as you were talking in the first minute. You morphed into Opie Taylor. But I caught every word you were saying, and as always, it's beneficial. Thanks again. (btw, I'm a fan of Ron Howard and still watch Andy Griffith.)

I can't tell you how timely this series is for me. June of this year I bought 200 acres of forest for family recreation and hunting. I have elevation changes of 100 feet and more throughout. I need to get my tractor down into the hardwood drains. I've been struggling with just how to go about it. I've seen your other E55 videos but this is a really applicable use to my project. Thanks for all you do Mike and family.

Exactly our situation! Have a 43 acre plat waiting for closing and we're there too. I'm a runner, and will lose the state park 2 miles away, and these videos just let me know there's hope for a running trail around the square. man, am I glad I found this series!

I've really enjoyed not having click bait titles. While I'm not a regular subscriber, I bing sometimes, and the descriptive titles and numbering really make that much easier.

We had a large pine tree growing right next to the driveway on our property. We called that spot "Tight Squeeze" after the town in Virginia. After two years, we cut it down. When we cut some trails on our property, we're sure to find another spot to name "Tight Squeeze".

Mike good trail making video, I have a suggestion for you, when you are through buildings you’re trail, how about putting down some Road Cloth and then covering it with three-quarter inch unwashed gravel ??? This should give you a good solid trail that would not be muddy when it rains or snows.

When you gonna teach Melissa how to run a tractor? Double teaming the machines knocks out projects like this in short order. And she can start putting together a tractor wardrobe to boot! Who doesnt appreciate a lady with machine skills?!

Good job Mike. Since the shirt has become an issue, I'd like to point out some things I look for in a good shirt. I must categorize it as to a Sunday go to meeting shirt for dressing up, a causal but nice shirt for going out to eating shirt, and then the work shirt. My work shirts often evolve from the causal older shirts. Preferable it is large enough to allow for plenty of movement and the tail should stay inside the trousers. I like the western style with a collar to protect my neck from the sun and two pockets large enough to accommodate whatever. For summer wear, I prefer short shelves and cotton. Heavier shirts for winter and colder days. So, after I settle on a good work shirt, I'll wear it for years with many washing. I find myself wearing the same 2-3 shirts repeatedly. Wear one, wash it, wear one other and wash it. How many shirts does a guy need? I notice the job more than the shirt. Keep it up.

Could you also create or make a drag for the UTV? something that would give a quick groom of the trails but would be a lot faster than the tractors? Something you could hook up and blast up and down to give a quick groom. I know you mentioned maintenance in the last trail video. Just a though! Awesome work though!

Great video, maybe work on the turning of your tracks, use both, just opposite, and put your boom down an coordinate the track turn. Still I am learning a lot, and can't wait to continue building my trails on a new swampy location I just got paid off.

I could not imagine a better way to enjoy such a beautiful summer Saturday in the woods. Nice 👕 (You're going to have to hire a wardrobe and makeup crew to stand at the ready, just out of frame, seeing as you're uploading multiple videos a day. Besides, they could also reset the 📷 positions so you can accomplish more with what time you have. There are only 24 hours in a day.)

A machine like that is about 100/day when rented for a week, at least in my location (SC) that's about normal. Much more if you only need it a day, bit less if you go an entire month.
