    I love it! Thank you for this step by step on how to do a twist out. I have struggled for years on caring for my thick, thick, thick natural hair....currently, I am in twists extensions but, I am getting together my natural hair products and before Christmas my goal is to get back on the path to my beautiful, natural hair journey. Thank you for sharing your God given talents on natural hair. You remind me of my youngest daughter...she has embraced all the wonderful beauty of her natural hair and has been caring and styling it since, she was 5 yrs. old.

    Thanks so much for taking the time to do this! I’ve been doing 2-strand twists on myself & my daughter for years and I still learned something new! I‘ve been looking for new products so I will try yours. I have 3 questions:
    1. How do you maintain your style at night! We normally tie down just the front section of our hair with a scarf. I would like to try a bonnet, but need a recommendation.
    2. As you were twisting you squeezed out excess product, which became a white coating on the completed twist. I normally wipe it off. Should I leave it to dry on the twist? Will it cause residue?
    3. Lastly, I put Argan oil on all of the parts since we both have very dry scalp. It absorbs almost immediately and isn’t greasy at all. Will this mess up the finished style? My hair is heavy like yours. My daughter’s is shorter, so less weight.
    Again, thanks sooooooooo!

    • @jeanettejbeauty6374
      @jeanettejbeauty6374  5 років тому +1

      I'm glad this video helped! I don't squeeze out any excess. I put my hair in a bonnet at night

    So happy this video popped up on my page today. OMG OMG OMG..hair goals! I am still transitioning and have very uneven hair growth, low porosity hair and stress due to recent trauma and tragedy. Braidouts work best for added definition. I thought it was my imagination, but it's not. The left side of my hair has less definition. I've never once had any style last more than one day. Today I'm trying the new curl definer in this month's Curlbox. I'm so discouraged.

    Hair & makeup is poppin’.
    Gorgeous twistout.
    I’ve been doing braidouts for the last 4mos straight.
    Going to do a twistout on my next wash day.
    I swear I wish my hair didn’t get as tangled...
    It tangled so much, especially in the crown, wash days are becoming more of a challenge. 🤦🏽‍♀️
    Btw, I ❤️ almond oil in my LOC too! 👌🏾
