Actually the front bumper is easy to dismantle, remove the bolt front the corner side left and right, then find two hole below the car, get a 12mm socket with extension and open both of the screw for left and right. And BOOM you are done! It only tooks around few minute to dismantle it, but keep learning, you will perfect your skill anytime! :)
This satria condition is very bad . I wonder how previous owner use this . Probably as long it's start the owner never check the engine?never wash the car? Damn this make feel sad to the satria . Btw he is lucky having you restoring at your best .
