What a lovely tribute to your dad. You captured his creativity, diversity and eclectic skill set. My Dad passed away at 68 from prostate cancer almost 23 years ago, so I feel your pain. Like your dad, he said don’t wait to do things. Thanks for sharing. Sending heartfelt hugs to you and your family.
Sorry to hear of your loss, a young man at rest way to early. Your tribute to him tonight as we watched the video was great, he would have been smiling as he too watched from high in the sky. Made us smile when you mentioned the Tennant Creek incident, we know the feeling. Take your time and eventually you will settle back into the lifestyle that you were enjoying
Thank you for sharing the beautiful memories of your very much loved father. We have missed seeing you all each week on our tv. We send our condolences to you all, take care our prayers are with you. Kind regards Sandy and Rod🛻🛻🛻🛻🛻
Feeling for you all. Great to see you operate as a team. My wife's Mum's death from cancer last month made us stronger as a couple. We both miss her, and being asked to do her eulogy was the one of my three greatest moments in my life after the birth of our only child and marrying my wife.
Through your experiences growing up & now travelling Australia with your family you inspired us to travel from Perth to Exmouth where I worked 50 years ago as a 20/21yr old. We started watching your videos over a year ago & returned from our 23 day adventure last Wednesday. Not financial enough to caravan we did our research, bought good quality camping gear, 7x5 trailer & set off in our 2011 Forester with our two Maltese dogs to Nerren Nerren, Monkey Mia, Yardie Homestead, South Lefroy, Winderabandi, Bullara Station, Carnarvon, Ajana-Kalbarri, Cervantes & home. Bought back heaps of memories & made new ones. Thank you all & RIP Danny - magical photographs at the end of this episode ❤️❤️🐾🐾
Thank you so much for sharing. I feel for you as I lost my father to prostrate cancer you are so strong to share your story wishing you all the best in the future ❤️
Henry, my sincere condolences to you, Sara and the family on the passing away of your father. Losing a parent is one of life’s toughest experiences no matter how one “prepares” for it. Thank you and Sara for sharing that very personal video with your subscribers, one can see it was very difficult for both of you. The video sequence in dedication to your father was very special. I reckon he would have been very proud of you to have produced such a good summary of just some of the things that he achieved in his life: successful and entrepreneurial farmer, private pilot, innovative engineering fabricator, very creative photographer and a good Dad. I think he was “old school” in terms of showing emotion, because I noticed that when you arrived back to the farm from WA, he greeted you with a good, old fashioned solid handshake rather than a hug! Difficult for the older generation to be demonstrative with their emotions, especially with a son! The restoration of the Land Cruiser was stunning, definitely a work of mechanical art, which he must have been so to glad to have completed prior to his passing. I am sure it will remain in the Nalder family for several generations. Finally, I thought that the videos sequence at the end taken at dusk as the Land Cruiser turned down the side road, with the lights gradually getting dimmer and dimmer until they faded into darkness, was very symbolic. All the best to you and the family at this time, and safe travelling in the future.
I'm so sorry for your loss. Anyone can see from this video he was an incredible man with a beautiful soul, how lucky you are to have had such a wonderful father.
My gosh, what a moving episode that was - had me in tears as you did a beautiful tribute to Henry’s dad. His photography is amazing! You guys will find your groove again and we will be here waiting for each and every episode going forward. Take care of your mental health, everything else will follow.
So sorry for your loss, your Dad must have been a great influence in your life. Life is precious, you are both giving your family a memory they will cherish forever. I love watching your travels and hope to see more of this great country myself.
First time I’ve ever seen one of your videos but like the others am deeply moved . A wonderful tribute to your Dad, he would be so proud. He’s left behind an awesome legacy for you guys . Take care .
I lost my Dad in 2014 and I still wish I could share things with him. Life does get better. I also lost my husband in 2021 and I can say that the only thing that has helped me is drawing on the strength that God supplies. I still have good days and bad. But I wouldn't want hubby back, he was having a rough time at the last. I'm grateful I was able to keep him at home, and for the nursing experience that I had previously. We'll carry around our memories with us and in our hearts they will share. We can still share the things we do with those who knew him and in time there will be other things that will fill the void. Love watching your channel. From. NZ Kia kaha ( keep strong)

This is a heartfelt moment in time, my father passed unexpectedly in late June, I empathise completely with you, your father was young, my dad was old school Aussie, a legend to me. Continue the best way you can whilst in grief, take your time and hold onto those wonderful memories of clearly a great man. All the best to you all in coming weeks and months.
All the best buddy and take time to heal. We are separated until we meet again.

Condolences mate, been through that experience with my mum and dad a few years ago. We have some of their ashes in our van so they continue their travels with us in spirit 👍. That FJ looks amazing. I have kept dad’s 1990 80 and set it up for touring. Wouldn’t take $1m either to many memories with over 460k km’s on it :-)
My thoughts are with you all 🥰 Pretty brave and strong telling your story public so early and your dad was so bloody young 😢 My mate had prostate cancer earlier this year mid 40's, so no one is immune.
