The pulls were Crazy man. I'm still trying to get pieces for everyone.

If you have enough crit dmg on her relics, she'll be fine. Her LC buffs her crit dmg by 36% and gives allies 10% crit rate and 28% crit dmg when she recovers 4 skill points. Nothing game changing, just extra buffs
Yes, she is perfectly fine without her lc, just go for memories of the past or planetary rendezvous if you are running mono quantum and you are good to go
