A simple and practical recipe for an appetizing, balanced and healthy dish made from the simplest ingredients - zucchini oat cutlets. Although many believe that cutlets without a meat component are impossible, vegetable versions are in no way inferior to them in terms of taste. We hope this recipe catches your attention. Ingredients:
- 1 zucchini (350 g) - 1 carrot
- 2 eggs- 100 grams of cheese
- Parsley- 1 potato
- 1 clove of garlic- salt
- Black pepper- 1 teaspoon of Provencal herbs
- Paprika- 4 tablespoons of oatmeal
- 2 tbsp flour-olive oil
- Fry for 4-5 minutes on both sides
For the sauce:
- 2 tablespoons sour cream or yogurt - 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Dill- 1 teaspoon of dried garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground smoked paprika
