I don't know what's rule's or policy there in your country about mother an child custody here in my country under 7years old the custody of the child goes to the mother if the mother is able to raise her child accordingly but if not the child goes to the father but with the supervision of the ministry of women's and children so Pham Thu and Mr. Nam is qualified then it's in the custody of the couple,
