Zombietale is an Undertale AU where the human is a zombie and that's all that changed. Also, it's an AU where nobody has to die ❤❤❤
This took me much more time than I thought it would! It started from June as a 3-month project so I can get used to Flash 8. How time flies!
If there are places where I can improve, or it's hard to understand, please tell me! I already knew the plot so it may not translate well to you~

I remember watching this when I was younger, this freaked me out alot when i was a kid and now I'm heavily invested
I like to think that I’m zombietale Frisk isn’t actually a zombie; their soul couldn’t handle resetting so many times, and now all the determination seeps out of the cracks. The zombified monsters have been overloaded with the excess determination and just want to get rid of it.

That's actually a very possible theory! Spooksmoose always calls them "the human", not "the zombie", not even "Frisk"! (At least 99% of the time).
And the fact that the zombified monsters only wanted to "get rid of the excessive determination" made the whole thing even more poignant.

Interesting, being dead but not undead seems to give Frisk an infinite HP drain. It can’t be filled, but wants to be.

so in this AU there are three possibilities of what happened that made frisk a zombie. one the entire surface is covered in zombies similar to frisk but frisk was the only one that fell down. two frisk is the first with this disease and could have been dropped down by a group of people into the underground so that it wouldn’t spread onto the surface. or three in this world the six wizards who sealed the barrier with magic assured that the monsters will never be released by making it so that any humans that went into the underground would turn into a zombie and frisk is the first to ever fall into the underground

I actually think that when Frisk fell, they almost died but their soul refused and glitched out, resulting in them being a zombie.
