It’s a very nice fine nib. It’s not flex as you need to press quite hard to flex it but it’s safe to flex if you want to.
Whoever is working at nib assembling for Aurora needs to be told to leave some gap between the tines. I don’t like the pen to be to wet but I have three Aurora nibs, 14k “flex” on Optima and 14k broad and Extra fine on 88. All of them had tines so closely together that they were dry and skipping. Now they are okay but I had to work on all three nibs.

It's a nice semi-flexible nib, not a full flex. For some reason, manufacturers today seem unable (or unwilling) to produce a full flex nib as they used to be back in the day. I own an Aurora Novum, from the 1930s. THAT is flex. It is WONDERFUL. Why can't they make them anymore like that? Why?
