Can’t wait to do this kit! Planning to do airbrushing and I want to order a decal sheet too. I do suggest using some single bladed nippers in the future though, because some of those gates are… bad. Nice build though! Now I know what to expect from this kit.
Kinda it does. Panel liners and Gundam markers both damage ABS plastic. So before using it you have to topcoat it. Recently, I found a water-based panel liner. And it does not damage plastic. But you still have to topcoat it.
I can kind of see why in universe that this was a one off mobile suit the amount of funds you need to mass produce this mobile suit would be astronautical.
I built the same one, did you have any problems with one of the arms being a bit more flimsy than the other one? If not maybe u just need to push down harder or something idk.
Bro you do realize you could save a lot of money by using isopropyl alcohol to clean up your panel lines instead of thinner it's much cheaper and goes a lot further I used to use dinner then I realized alcohol works much better and faster and just cheaper
I don't know what isopropyl alcohol is, and I don't like the smell of alcohol. So, I usually buy a "tamiya thinner X-20 40ml" which costs $2.60, and the 250ml one is $5.70. " I think it's not that pricey.

Kshatriya is such a cool MS! Love the editing too!
I just bought it for Christmas and I’m so excited to put it next to my HG Sinanju
I also forgot to mention, I want to get the RG Sinanju for better detail in my battle dioramas
Panel line accent vs. Gundam makers seem easier to clean ? Does the panel line accent mess up the kits plastic?

Question, how did you clean up the white marker over spill?
Did you use black paint or something else?
I just used a hobby knife to clean.

@@-horatio Only my leg joints were a little bit loose. Don't remember any other problems with this one.
How did you clean up the marker excess in the sleeves?
Carefully use hobby knives to clean.
@@ARATAHOBBYI’m having a hard time with uneven paint texture 😢
