I'm new on your channel its March 19th 2021 and I've watched 3 of your vids now. I had chicken poxes when I was a baby so I just came down with shingles twice at the end of 2020 and I really felt awful, so guess what one of my doctors told me to take to feel better and heal faster. Prenatal vitamins twice a day, once in the morning with breakfast and one at night with dinner. It really work's.
