Long covid is rotten , I had it for 2 years , only thing that helped me recover was a high dosage of vitamin supplement B 12 , apparently covid can deplete the body’s store of B12 which is usually enough for 5 years ! It took about 2 months to notice the difference, I lost my sense of smell for months and months , had low energy , bad throat ,low sugar drops etc , but it worked for me ,but we all are different we just have to find what’s right for us . The Long covid doctor told me that they had nothing to help and it could take years to improve ,so had to discover for myself what I needed . Get well soon and take good care of yourself . A lot of people are dehydrated with these same systems .Coming to hospital .Just like you protocol rule out all the stuff and then the only explanation dehydrated. Give a bag or two of fluids 2 days later like new person . God bless you and the family
My son had the 4 shot for covid and he got the long covid and he had a hard time with it and it lasted long. Sorry you are so sick. I know the weather was so humid yesterday and when I took my dog out I could hardly breathe I stayed in our air condition home. Prayers for you to heal and feel better. God Bless you.

Jean I mentioned my experience the other day. I have one very important piece of advice. Please ask your Pulmonologist for samples of the medication. I had to go through a series of different inhalers before finding the one that was most effective for me. Please take care of yourself. You are very important to your family and your followers. ❤

Hi Jean! Bless your heart! That had to have been so scary. I know there are different views on the Covid shots, but as soon as they lowered the age to where Randy & I could get it, we did! We've gotten all of the ones they've offered. I wore a mask up until probably a year ago & finally decided I could go without it now. Since you've had it numerous times now, I've wondered if you had the shots? Take care of yourself & hopefully the inhaler will help.

I sure hope this won't be a lifelong problem. Get as much rest as possible. The sewing will be there when you're better. And the rest of us will wait for your recovery. It's hard to stop doing what we love and wait for our bodies to heal when we're so used to staying busy. At least we know this will pass when Jehovah cures all sickness and death is no more. I am aware you were busy with your convention, then you felt unwell. I have not been able to catch up properly on your videos for weeks and now another concerning video posted regarding your present health. Jean, please please, your health is far more important than your quilting. Glad Maxwell is doing well and Ian is there to take you to appointments etc. Praying that you will overcome your coughs and respiratory issues soon. Despite our trials and tribulations, congratulations on your quilt entries for the upcoming show in September. Hope you will be back in good health by then Jean. I have had asthma all my life and on inhalers for most of that. If they didn't give you a spacer to use with the inhaler you should ask for one. It makes sure the medicine goes into your lungs and not in your mouth. I hope you feel better soon.
Jean that's what I'm on . Expensive. Clear your lungs sit and inhale . Hold at least 4 seconds . I also have to do breathing treatments. I'm so glad you went . Mine is not from Covid . My Asthma is from second hand smoke that they were smoking in the Nursing home when mom was in . Believe it or not . I had to be rushed by ambulance cause I couldn't breathe. So do your inhaler and rinse your mouth afterwards as the Steroids will give you Thrush . Sending Prayers to you . Also the cold air coming will not be your friend. Love from Texas.

I had what you had, also went to the ER. Fearing pneumonia they did X-ray. No pneumonia. I was given breathing treatments at Hospital.. Dr. prescribed an inhaler and Z-pak. I was very sick; lost 15 pounds.

I have COVID Long and it left me with compromised lungs so I'm on daily inhalers. Sorry you had to go to the ER but hopefully this inhaler will help you feel better. It's most important to be followed with a Pulmonologist from now on. You are so precious to so many people we must keep you healthy. 🙏
My Rx plan won't even give me generic albuterol. They'll give me expensive brand name, which would cost a LOT. So I get some things from Cost Plus Drugs. Come open enrollment time in October, I will be changing my plan!

Ask your doctor for the generic form for this inhaler. We did that and the co-pay was dramatically decreased. It’s worth a try!
