Izzy is all talk and anime emotes, when Alex is a real anime character without trying and has a legit under dog arc compared to Izzy. Izzy is also delusional, not training properly and is not focused as much as Alex.

Gilbert’s conditioning looks crazy af. People always think he looks gassed but his training enables him to push through it.
A big part of your fitness is how you recover. He might gas himself but if his fitness is on point that break in between rounds will fill the tank back up quite a bit

Israel's definitely more humble now, you can see it in him. Usually you'd see at least the slightest glimmer of trash talk in the lead up to a fight. But the dude hasn't shown that in this embedded.
