Today's adventure takes us to Brielle in the Netherlands, an amazing Dutch Fortress City which has to be one of the most amazing- looking cities ever built! It's also very old and the canals are insane... Danny say's they are also pretty cold! 😂😂 (It seems pretty common these days that one of us ends up the canals 😭💦💦). Oh and please wash off the finds and then show us ! :-) The Spike Wim found is a Marline spike for undoing knots in ropes on boats and a magnetic oblong stone just a kids toy.
I think your mystery "weapon" may be a type of fid, a tool for working with knots and rope. My neighbor is a crabber and has a very similar thing on his boat for working with his crab trap ropes.

I think what was found at 24:28 was a toy called a Rattle Magnet. You have a pair of them, throw them in the air and when they connect, they make a rattle sound.
I recognized it in the video, since we had them in my childhood home but we never really used them and until now I did not know what their actual purpose was. So thank you so much!

Sliding down that grass hill reminded me of when my big bro some friends and I went grass skiing here in Oz back in the 80's we use to have so much fun. Seeing you, Sir Wim and Joopie slide down made me laugh so much and how good was Joopie not spilling his drink. The original title in dutch was something like religious and profane (profaan). The types of known pilgrim and bawdy tokens in Holland increased by hundreds, many more types than previously known.
