RULE 17 - DISMISSAL OF ACTIONS | REMEDIAL LAW REVIEW

Rule 17 provides for the following: (a) dismissal upon notice by plaintiff; (b) dismissal upon motion of plaintiff; (c) dismissal due to fault of plaintiff; and (d) dismissal of counter-claim, cross-claim or third-party complaint.
