It just depends on where in the cycle you are when you get the Legendary......BUT there is a decent chance to get an Epic after the Legendary due to some game mechanics!!!! Like so Everybody can see. if you were over 2000+ trophies when the legendary chest update was released you will be guaranteed to get the epic chest after the legendary chest, if you were below 2000 the epic chest will be random in the chest cycle not right behind the legendary chest
