I usually buy like a dozen at a time and have a can every morning for breakfast mashed up with Grace hot pepper sauce, chopped onions and garlic and either toast, fried green bananas, or fried roasted breadfruit on the side along with fried ripe plantains, shredded, diced or grated carrots, sliced cucumbers, lettuce and either grape/cherry, plum or salad tomatoes.
