Bassmaster® Fishing 2022, the official video game is coming this Fall, bringing the thrill of competitive big bass fishing to PC. Manage your sponsors, equip your dream setup, and customise the look of your angler to tackle the Bassmaster series.

Glad you’re catching bass. All i catch on there is pike, and musky and bluegill and crappie
Developers, I don't know if you have done this already because I have not played the game yet. But in the next one, or for an update, you could make it so the weather dictates how good the fishing is on certain spots of the lake. Say there is a lot of wind blowing the water on the west shores...you could make it so the fishing is better on the west side of the lake. And if it's windy, you could make it so that moving baits like spinner baits work better than other lures. Just my thoughts, like I said, I haven't played the game yet but it would be sweet if you added these things in the next one or for an update. You could also make it so that if you just full throttle your boat up to a spot, it affects the fishing as well.
Maybe also make it so that there is a mode where you cannot use the underwater camera to make it more realistic?

That video was awesome bass fishing has really taken over as my favourite type of fishing and I really enjoy your videos of bass fishing I’ve learned quite a bit I usually target trout.

I just got the new Xbox and can now play this game thru cloud it’s a really fun game. I personally love fishing, but even if you don’t like fishing irl, it’s just a great game.

Remember a good key to making sure the fish you are fighting with is to lower your drag when the meter gets high and it's getting strained and to raise it when it's slipping, you can raise and lower whenever to balance it out. I caught a 39 pounder yesterday, and good God did that bass give me hell.

So I’m looking at either buying Bassmaster Fishing 2022 or Fishing Sim World Pro Tour. The reason I haven’t pulled the trigger is because I’m not really into bass fishing as I am into Walleye and Trout fishing (I’m from Green Bay, WI). Anyways, I know that Fishing Sim World Pro Tour has Walleye and Trout fishing, does Bassmaster Fishing 2022 allow you to compete or at least focus on these other fish species without slowing your progression?

What happens if you twitch the bait? They say it makes the bait more attractive. Since crank baits make ‘noise’, twitching it will maybe make it more ‘noisy’.

I’m glad they came up with something to get the fish in a little quicker that last game it literally took up to 3 minutes to get some bass in and with 20 minutes to complete a tournament it sucks when your down to the last minute or two and have a giant that you can’t get it in due to time running out

I am a walleye fishermen and my biggest was 24¾ inch
Ive fished for 32 years and have never broken my line on a fish, the only time you ever have to worry about it is if you get hung. Who the heck uses 7 pound line when bass fishing? 14-17 is the norm
6-8lb Line has its use in finesse fishing when ultra clear water is an issue.
10lb fluorocarbon for deep cranking.
