Those veteran conscripts with their improved speed were already ranging the snipers before they shot six times. Elite snipers gain the edge again because self-heal makes them more durable while they still one-shot an elite conscript.

This means that in terms of killing power, it is little more than normal. Meanwhile Conscript veterans do significantly more damage, more than the health increase snipers get from veterancy, and so are simply able to clear the snipers faster. Plus, Conscripts achieve max rank FAR more easily than snipers, and each one of those does even moar damage, and the move faster. But max rank for snipers gives them a HUGE attack speed buff. Still, apparently a max rank Conscript can survive a max ranked sniper shot, so which one wins is very much based on pathing, it seems.
Veteran unit gets a 10% attack power increase and a whopping 50% HP increase. The 50% increase to conscript HP allow them to take 2 sniper shot instead of one. Veteran unit also gets 20% rate of fire; but that's not enough for snipers to win. As others said, elite snipers get a huge ROF increase.
It seems like the conscripts did not die by British arctic warfare magnum. They died because when ones at the front row was fallen, the following ones in the back row overran / kicked or stomped their fallen comrades in the front. Some of them were stumbled or impeded by their comrade’s corpse and shot when they struggled to stand up. 😂🤣😝 Pity …

All units get the same boost. The reason the veteran conscripts do so well against the snipers is the speed boost part. The snipers get less shots off.

I feel like a lot of these videos end up giving the feeling of "oh, you wasted all your money on that?" on either cheap spammed units or specialized expensive units.
The same price as an Iraqi Desolator, but it performed not-so-great, and the sniper will likewise perform poorly if rushed, but a Desolator will take a load of enemies first before falling. Those Desolators are still way overpowered.
So, when did people realise that the UK in Ukraine (UK-raine) was obvious? If the Brexit Snipers have their AWP rifles being replaced with the Conscripts' M1Carbine/E in rules.ini/rulesmd.ini, therefore it would be just like the rifle soldier that was used by both Allies and Soviets in the first Red Alert game... (How honest Britain never won a "special military operation" IRL since the Falklands War...) Perhaps a next video request: Rhino tanks v Tank Destroyers with the deployed Siege Chopper's 155mm/E weapon...

Round 2 went as I expected but I didn't think Sniper would win Elite not once but twice. Pathfinding definitely played a factor though.
