I have major under eye bags, a trick i use to help depuff them in the morning is I keep a jade roller in the fridge & while i'm drinking coffee or scrolling through emails i gently roll from the inner to outer corner of my eye & it helps soooo much! I also use it on my jaw to massage the muscles because i clench my jaw like 24/7 lol

Check your shower head. I had the same issue with my shower making my hair greasy, and it turned out to be the pressure regulator ring. You can take that out or buy a super inexpensive head from Amazon.
