You should do food tour of tier 2 and 3 cities of Maharashtra and try the real rustic delicacies. I am sure u would go ga ga. Kolhapur, Karad, Aurangabad, Marathwada and parts of Vidharbh. U wont ever forget that unique cuisine and dishes. Please do visit as it's your kind of place villages, old style restaurants or home style cooking. Do plan a food tour soon.
