Great adventure for you two! However, I feel your pain. A few years ago I was invited to go deep sea fishing off the continental shelf in the Southern Ocean. A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and I loved every second of it - until the boat stopped. 12 hours of hell. I put my back out whilst spewing up, too. Didn't touch the camera once. The second time (yes, I went back) we got caught in a short but ferocious freak storm 20km off the coast with 15m waves. The only two "crew" members this time were the captain and myself (the other two actual crew members hadn't turned up in the morning, but I had been assured in this endearing Australian way, that we would be alright anyway. Like I know how to operate a large boat). It was terrifying. All I could see was water, boat and no sky. We nearly died. After an hour or so after this madness had ended, and to my horror, the captain then decided to continue South and actually drop a line into the ocean. Apparently the sailfish were on. I just wanted to go home. These days I get sea sick just by looking at a bath tub. Amazing how you kept blogging 😂 Congratulations for the fish. Hope you got some nice sushi out of it. Cheers Robin!

Oh dear, that is some crazy experience! But you lived to tell the tale. I cannot image being stuck in a storm in the sea!

Thanks. It was shot on flat profile, with minimal grading, just some color correction (typical white balance for skin) and a bit of contrast tweaking.
