Stalls the car then says the interior is stock while staring at aftermarket steering wheel, seats, rollcage and 5 point harnesses.... Then proceededs to talk about how horrible the cars are stock while admitting he never actually drove one before.... Why am I listening to this guy again??? If the owner decides to make his own video hit me up in the comments... I’d rather watch it
I like it how all these youtubers love to hate on 4th gen Camaro when they have never even rode in one. Funny thing is that at the end they all love the car.
There are some videos of irocs and ws6s running laps complete heidts front and rear setups. I havent driven any first hand, but i hear good things. Not quite as good as the Art Morrison setups but good things nonetheless
I would think there was IRS should have been done for these cars along time ago. Far more owners in this segment wanted IRS then let’s say the Resto mod guys.
Did the exhaust really have to be under the rear end. The Heidst IRS is already expensive as it is and we aren't even talking about labor yet. Now we have to relocate the cat back too?
The guy driving this car is a clown. Stalls it, talks shit on factory f bodys not knowing what it has for a motor while maintaining that hes never driven one. In 1999 (20 years ago might I add) these cars were pretty stout. But tell me more how much you hate the interior.
The ride you get from an F Body Camaro is better than Mustang from the go , Adding suspension upgrades only makes it better . I had My straight line car in a 68 Charger with 460 Hp that would turn out 12 second 1/4 mile times , But the driving experience from a Camaro on country back roads is way more satisfying . I have been looking for tips to get more Hp from the series II 3800 Buick motor that wont break the Bank and have me changing everything from the stock set up . Adding to a base 210 Hp for a car that only weighs 3350lbs and corners like a dancer .
Not hating by any means, but how can a gear head logically disdain a vehicle when he/she has never actually driven one? Yea we can all hear negatives about almost every vehicle out there, or even see poor design with our own eyes. But at at the end of the day a car can't be judged until its driven, and i mean actually driven, by the one doing the judging.

F-body for life!
I really want to give my 93 Z28 this treatment, that would be insane!
They did a hell of a job with that Camaro
They handle pretty good stock too lol. Fast rack and everything... Plus LS power and a t56 from factory..... Dude is just a blue oval fan boy😂😂😂
I want to see some track testing on this rear suspension

This car is a love letter to Pro Touring, thanks to Heidts.
Love the set up
So... I take it this build is sorted?
5:49 the car sounds like it shifts, but both his hands are on the wheel
Driving audio is from the shot facing me. The out-the-window angle was a separate shot. Hence the "ghost shift"
I wish yall would put links if the parts in the description
How does any car guy not know a Camaro comes with an LS1?
Maybe because just two years earlier it had an LT1... which is 350 ci.
The Hooniverse yeah ok....
Probably bc hes not really informed about about American cars. He seems to be more of an European car person.
@@TheHooniverse yeah, because the LS1 is sooo obscure 🙄
@@TheHooniverse Do your research on a car before video

what sizes are the wheels?
Yes, you were wrong @thehooniverse

Have you tried buying a V8 instead?
Wow 👏 😮 saw this video last year, only recently started working on my fbody and now I understand this video and see how much money this would cost 😳
346 cid :)
What’s the music playing at the beginning?
500hp LS
Nice.

Bc they're cant create their own opinions and they go with what every one else say. It is this type of misinformation that end up hurting sport cars.
Still rolling plastic parts bin. Respect the motor and power with the sorted suspension though.
This guy talks way too much but doesnt really say much.
That was an old garbage boxerthat went by, not even a 911. I wouldn't be boasting how you would destroy it in a v8 Camaro with 20,000$ in upgrades😂😂
Do the math genius it's just not worth it , buy a used C6 Corvette with an LS3 and a z51 package.
Different Strokes for Different Folks
I can’t fit in a corvette it’s too low for me
And I’m pretty sure the seats don’t recline
It's doesn't make sense economically !
@Vend Master well said brother!
20 grand
Wtf did I just watch???
