Hey do you know if the metronome can be muted in headphone output but muted in main output? Such as a live gig-you wanna hear it in your ears but don’t want audience to hear the metronome?
Good question. The headphone out is the same as your OUT 1,2 so If you have the MPC ONE I think your out of luck. If you have an MPC LIVE/2 or X you can change the output to 3,4 5,6 or 7,8 this way you could monitor that metronome the way you would want with those physical outputs.

-‘Use the Output menu to set where the metronome signal will be heard: a pair of master outputs (Out 1,2-31,32) or a single master output (Out 1-32)......
Wondering if that means I can select stereo or mono metronome...?
Well I think the ONE shares a manual with the X and LIVE so that information might be for the other models. While you can send your metronome out as a mono signal, I don't think you can change your master to a mono so your metronome would still come out one of your main outputs.
