Because 2 decision variableas are given in MINUTE and the other one is in HOUR so we have to convert HOUR into MINUTES
Thats why we multiplied 35×60 = 2100

Maximization's constraints should be less than or equal go format, if it is not in that format, we have to make them that format.
And minimizations constraints should be in greater than or equal to format
