Can I use a charger to run them insted of 9 volt battery? Means cutting the charger from back and connecting the positive and negative wire.

Mais , au début , si je n ' avais pas persévèré , j ' aurai laissé tombé , car je n ' avais pas compris la relation , entre les LEDs et la partie circuit / alimentation .
Pourtant , cela est très bien montré , par l ' exemple , dans votre vidéo .

It will be better if it is given that at which pin in ic which led will be soldered. Example...1st led should be soldered at which pin of the ic.
