One thing I feel like sharing to everybody watching this..in life whatever may happen don't always stuck on the things that did not happen or workout to you.if u start lingering over your mistakes or things it doesn't help u in any way.instead take it as experience to better ur life in the next possible chance in life .we have many opportunities coming up don't waste them,if u fail learn from them ,better yourself that's it .overthinking about past and thinking about karma doesn't fetch u anything.this is my personal experience. @@ManiVaas I don't know what made you think Sanathana Dharma destroys birth equality, Sanathana means eternal, this dharma is not just for humans but every creature on this comos, living and non living, a seed becomes a tree without any conscious effort, our food is getting digested without our conscious effort, birds travel millions of miles without any GPS, planets are being held in their axis, earth is creating gravity no one knows how exactly, every object maintains their own temperature, every cell in the body can think on their own. The physical world works on this eternal rule, if we get in tune with it, life will be effortless, this is called Sanathana dharma. They aren't man made they are eternal, it works on the rules of the prakriti or Maya, this is equal for every human, every animal, every tree, in short everything. Ekam sat vipraha bahudha vadanti - The one reality (brahman) appears to be many. Where is inequality in this, if there is any inequality it's only in people's mind not reality.
It is my experience that, ppl who use word "Sanathana Dharama" know nothing abt it. So, can you care to elaborate on it?

Life can be wonderful, terrible or bland but I do believe it's always JUST and never unfair. Like Samantha says, there is some comfort in knowing that we get exactly what we deserve. The things Sadhguru says make so much sense, it immediately clicks and I feel inspired to live my life joyfully but when it’s time to implement these things in life it’s much more difficult, the mind immediately goes back to its original way of thinking and I can’t seem to fight these emotions although I understand that i am an accumulation of impressions and food, i am not the body nor the mind, that what I’m truly suffering is past memory and future thoughts. I can agree with these things but the mind is a powerful thing. I am doing my sadhana/Isha kriya to “obliterate” these boundaries of my individuality but am unsure when these things will unfold the clarity that I am seeking. When the mental noise will be quieted, or if it ever will. I am extremely curious though to see how things will change for me and will continue to work towards becoming meditative. I’ve been on somewhat of a “spiritual/ self help” journey for a while now and Sadhguru is the first person where everything makes so much sense to me and that what he says is the way things really are in life, they resonate profoundly. It’s like I get glimpses and tastes of this feeling of blissfulness and being at ease that are exactly how I’d like to live my life but they don’t last very long. Has anyone really been transformed from yoga, are you living everyday life at ease now compared to before?

I have learned and changed my way of life, after knowing about the spirituality (its a journey). To lead a spiritual life as said in Bhagavad Gita (6:35) "No doubt the mind is very difficult to control. however, it can be controlled by constant practice and detachment". All the Best!
