A question, can you plz or anyone tell me why the rate constant is given in this eq form lnk = 34.34-34222/T? Is it the same as the Arrhenius eq but written differently where 34.34 is the pre-exp factor A and 34222 is activation energy?? Thank you!
Dear Anushka, I checked again. They are working just fine. Have you put all the files in the same folder? If yes, try other ode methods (ode15s, ode23 or whatever, should not be a problem for this problem). I have seen this ode method bug in some systems before.
