The way Steve looked at Brad when he was scaling the fish reminds me when Andy was watching Brad trying to write labels during the pizza sauce episode.
I know the feeling. Walked up the stairs at my father's place just last week and felt something popped in my lower back for no apparent reason. Had aches for days. The human body isn't meant to last more than 25 years I think, after that it's quickly downhill.
Smartest thing BA ever did was retain Brad Leone . His shows are so good cause he's being himself as far as I can tell. Editors take a bow, Brad's show is that good because of the editing. Thank you
The best way to add sweetness to a tomato sauce is grated carrots. the quicker you are cooking it for the smaller you grate them and they leach out so much sweetness that it's like adding sugar but healthier and adding the beta-carotene. I always add it to my pasta sauce.
sugar is a good way too, carrots also add carrot flavor and change the texture. sometimes you just want sweetness and thats what sugar is. sometimes you dont have time and sugar is faster. nothing wrong with adding sugar for some sweetness, just like adding acidity or adding salt or adding heat.
Great tip for anyone aiming to not incorporate more things that are bad for them into their diet. Cooked carrots are a pretty gentle flavour too tbh compared to what awesome tomatoes bring to the table.
My dad has been smoking whitefish in western Montana since the '70's. We would go fishing for whitefish during the winter when trout we're out of season. I really enjoyed watching this!
Dude has a company, shows, UA-cam series, podcasts, is a guest for others, this all on top of what DirtyOrr said. I'd think I'd be one tired dude, especially after fishing all day with Brad lol
@@TJ-bg4fw I was wondering if Brad was starting to wear on Steve. Brad's got this off-the-wall energy that might not mix well with Steve's down to earth and composed personality.
As a vegan I really appreciate these videos. I fish (catch and release or feed my grandma) and I lovethese videos you’ve been doing about conservation and respecting nature
Happy 90th episode you guys! Out of all of the BA stuff on here though Brad continues to make me laugh and enjoy trying new things. Freakin love this series!.
As a kid, I grew soooo tired of whitefish. We took them in nets (up in Lappland, Sweden, 80's). Nowadays I find myself to actually longing for whitefish. Gotta get up there to fish sometime!
As much as this show isn’t really a recipe show, I really like the safely boards about the fish smoking. It mean if you wanted to start smoking you would have a idea what no to do.
I love the mix of Steve's specific way of doing everything combined with Brad's do now think later, makes for some real fun moments.
it makes me wanna like lighten the mood somehow LMFAOOO with some awkward talk lol.... classic
It's hilarious, and I am HERE for it!
Reel fun
I could watch multiple seasons of just these two hunting/fishing and cooking.
Brad is on another level of food TV. These episodes are so good.
Explains why there is credits now in the description!
Enjoying the chemistry between these guys. Very wholesome male interaction.
"Hello, fellow male"
When males interact it's always better with some holes
Idk man I didn't take that as wholesome. Steve looked a bit irritated 🤣
Steve is a good feller
@@imgrindin Steve is just a roughneck/man’s man. They’re both the perfect balance of chill/intense 😂
I NEED a Steve and Brad series!
Yaaaaaas but they need to be that drunk when they cook
Yes!!
I'd prefer Matty and Brad.
@Some guy the energy clash is perfect
Can we make this into a reality please?
“Everything I say basically needs to be fact checked” - Brad.
I mean, I love him so much and truer words have never spoken 😂
The collab we've needed for a long time. Steve and the meat eater crew are just awesome.
Thanks, we had a blast!

I feel like Brad says "that over rice.." in every single episode
Humble roots.
Yeah but that over rice would be pretty awesome
Anything with a good sauce calls for rice or good bread. Says every Asian cuisine, the Italians, the French, etc
The way Steve looked at Brad when he was scaling the fish reminds me when Andy was watching Brad trying to write labels during the pizza sauce episode.
Or Andy looking at anybody doing anything
Steve looks like you rolled him out of bed two minutes before filming.
Yeah, but for the *entire* time.
Def lots of greens growing in that garden, nothing wrong with that.
And at the beginning he looked pissed about it too lol
Steve don’t care.
Came for this comment lmao
I need to see a week long Alaskan bear hunt with Brad and Steve
Guided by Dirt Myth of course
@@dylantrainer1677 Oh my god, Yes.
The little "C'est bon." in the corner when Brad said "Pardon my French" after swearing had my genuinely laughing out loud. Wasn't expecting that.

😂That was hilarious.
Moment he closed the door you could tell that hurt.

Steve is loving showing off all his fresh herbs and kitchen toys lol that pepper grinder does look incredible
i think Steve has a secret little crush on Brad.

Now we need Marty and Brad to go with Steve on a hunting trip. You can thank me later, pure gold to be had.
These two around a campfire with some beers could be a movie plot.
Brad. It's so good seeing you cook again.
