Jeff, you mentioned in 3:20 getting lightheaded for exhaling too much air. Well, you are additionally talking to us and singing. But you're an expert in singing though. Why does that happen when singing/simple warm-ups? Is that due to technique, timing of appoggio breathing like when/how to take breaths, generally inexperienced singing/exerting too much to try to hit a note? Good videos.

Thank you for your kind words! Could be a lot of reasons around the light-headedness. Even just getting used to moving more air and or titrating it!
