Do you have WD 40 in the US? It's a water repellant. Very effective at keeping rust away. Beautiful shears.

If they are kept clean the sheeps natural wool grease keeps the blades rust free

Weird i literally just used them for the first time filming a review of them they are soooo sharp i think they gaurantee the blades not needing sharpened for 300 sheep shears and then the blades detach for easier sharpening. www.watsonmultishears.co.nz

I know right more stuff more problems, these are aluminum body so they look bulkier and heavier but they feel the same weight
