This podcast is now my comfort space, one reason I wait for sunday to arrive asap, been watching you guys since years and it's like we've seen y'all grow, along with y'all even we are growing and it feels so great to be a part of your journey. Watching y'all reach heights and making your dreams come true inspires me everyday. Your thoughts and the way y'all face every problem with so much positivity encourages us also to not give up. I feel so comfortable just sitting and watching y'all talk and share about your lives with us, it feels like there's no screen in between and I'm sitting right there with you. Aashna , Khushi, Shloka and Esha y'all are so strong, we love youu guys🫂🤍

For dingy: Don't think too much shloka, you are doing great. You put the liveliness into the podcast so keep doing that.
For khushi: loved your casual wear outfits man you look so good in every podcast. Ig everything suits you well. Having a chat about styling will also be interesting.
For esha: The way you always put your past incidents is a very intelligent and smart move to make people understand easily. Everyone please follow this like how esha does and giving a example makes things understandable and quick catching.
For aashna: we know you have so many past incidents and we will love to hear it from you also I love yours and dings chemistry. would love to know about all of yours love story. ❤️

I really agree with shloka saying that our relatives only point out on our insecurities and then you started thinking about that even though you were actually fine before that but after somebody said something ki kitni patli hogai hai then it actually start hitting...so happy seeing you all talking and bringing up these sensitive issues ❤loving your episodes.

What Ashna said is absolutely right. We often compare our relationship with others, thinking, ‘Why are those couples so sorted and happy, but we’re struggling?’ I used to compare my boyfriend with others too, wondering why he wasn’t doing what other boyfriends did. But over time, I’ve realized that not everything we see is the whole truth. We even compare our lives when it comes to travel when seeing friends go on trips makes us feel like we should be doing the same. These comparisons only create unnecessary stress and dissatisfaction.
Loved the podcast❤️❤️ I think we need 2 episodes once a week😍😍🫶🏻 it would be great
    Wednesday and sunday🤍

Kudos to Esha❤ I have dark complexion and oh my the way I could relate to everything Esha said. Love to see her confidence. And im also happy that my skintone doesn't bother me at all now. It took me a lot of time and strength to actually come out of it. Family member's comments were the toughest to deal with. But now when I look back I just want to hug my childhood self and tell her that you're beautiful, the constant comparison that you face with your cousins just because you're darker doesn't make you less beautiful. You're a star and that too a shining one. Hugs to Esha 🫂

  • @itsananyakadam

Extremely relatable episode, and raw account of what we face everyday! Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experiences with us!
Just to clear a few terminologies that y'all used because I'm a Psychology student in my Final year:
The key difference between Jealousy and Envy is that you feel jealous when you are worried when a third party is taking what you have have, whereas as envy is the feeling of wanting something that you don't have.
Upward Comparison is when you compare yourself to someone who is superior that you. This can go two ways- either you feel inspired or your self esteem drops.
Downward Comparison on the other hand, makes you feel better as you compare yourselves to people inferior than you. Here, your self esteem increases. However, using downward Comparison all the time is not a good strategy.
    Hope this helps :)

Insecurity and comparisons are issues that can be dealt with once women of this country are free to live without a constant underlying fear of being torn to shreds by anyone and anywhere. It’s important to voice your opinion especially as women on such a women centric issue that plages this nation.

Hey just a constructive criticism: Often y’all could be quoting the obvious or the cliche quotes which feels like most of them know these things which we read on social media as well. Can we hear something different or talk about things which are not necessarily social issues. Cos sometimes it can come across as preachy. So that listening to an hour of the podcast feels like it was fun also.
