Hello I need a small assistance from you. I have a doubt regarding the completion of the 54-month norm set by the NMC. 1. Is it 54 months inclusive or exclusive of the internship? 2. Its compulsory to stay in that country for 54 months irrespective of holidays and vacations or emergency exiting the country ? 3. If we go to India during holidays, does that count towards our academic session? 4. Is there any immigration checking done while filling the form ?

Subhav i have one question,i wanna know that by 2025 september i will appear for ‘match’ but it will be like exactly 5years after my graduation till then and i have read somewhere that many residency programs have a cut off of more than 5 years from date of graduation. so if it’s exactly 5 years ,will it be a red flag , will i have less residency programs to apply in for?
Hi dr.subhav did you read or learn standard text books during your college time or just online platform online? Do we have to study standard texts book for usmle or can we build concept through prep and then B&B first aid
Standard textbooks have their time and place. For USMLE, I’d say stick to trusted prep resources which we discussed in the podcast. That would be good enough and to the point.
