First of all, congrats on your schooling! Finding a thesis topic can be a tough challenge. I remember that when I did my own dissertation, my topic was not immediately clear to me. I was not sure if the topic I chose would be too big or small for the time allotted, and if I would have the skill to do it. The topic that you choose will probably determine the supervisor that you should seek. For example, if you choose a data pipelining problem, you might ask Dr. A to supervise you; if you choose a machine learning problem, you might ask Dr. B to supervise you etc. After you have a supervisor, the next thing I would recommend would be to maintain good and open communication with them. They will help you refine your scope down to something that is achievable within a reasonable time. For example, if you have six months to finish then you must choose a topic that can be completed well in that time.
