Thank you for sharing this video. I hope it helps a lot of women. Congratulations on having your rainbow baby. He’s absolutely precious!
It’s great you’re educating women.
I had a miscarriage while we were doing initial fertility testing. I did everything
And for us, it was male factor infertility.
Congratulations
ms. ming, so glad i saw this video. i had a preterm labor loss before but now 5week pregnant! i am having a hard time looking for videos about women who became pregnant and what they did different in terms of exercising (being considered high risk now). i exercise a lot like you in my firsy pregnancy (as dr said it was ok)... but now i worry that maybe i should lessen my active lifestyle to 1hr too like what you said. and i agree with you on work stress :( can you share more videos about successess and changes u did through your 2nd pregnancy to avoid loss?
So the reason why I exercise a bit less is to balance my hormones and reduce stress. I conceived successfully 3 months after my loss. The key is to take prenatal~ sometimes pregnancy loss is unpredictable cuz most of times it’s due to chromosomal abnormalities. But I also avoided heat in my second pregnancy in my first trimester to lower the chance of birth defects~ best luck to you!!
@@MsMinglifestyle thanks for the response. yeah, i went to the sauna during my first pregnancy for 5mins only max around 2nd trimester. now, i dont plan on doing sauna the entire pregnancy to avoid heat. thanks again
got misarriage five weeks last april... this year.. really want to have a baby but my partner and i are not ready yet financially but i hope someday Ill get pregnant with a healthy baby 😢
How did you best support the baby nutrition when you were pregnancy to prevent any (god forbid) miscarriages?
Any things you did that you felt helped give the baby the best nutrition or health?
I continued taking prenatal before I started trying again (after my first miscarriage). I drank wayyyy less caffeine (1 cup most). I started eating more red meat cuz my doctor told me to take more iron (from blood results), but my prenatal already had the daily limit. So I ate more red meat. I also exercised everyday (good for baby’s health too). In addition, I took additional methyl folic, B6, and B12 (I asked my doctor before I took them).
@@MsMinglifestyle thank you for you help. We will definitely review this info with our doctors
No matter if you’re been called infertile or whatever, after reading Dobbie Nerkstrol's guide, I ended up pleasantly surprised. Within 60 days anyone can get pregnant, feeling the changes in your body the first few weeks. After go’ogling her I understood it's not a miracle kind of thing like the title suggests, but you can bet you'll boost your chances.
I just miscarried at 5 weeks. I work out 2 1/2 hours 3 to 4 days a week. But it's my stress relief!! My ob said it didn't have anything to do with exercise but I'm still going to cut down
Yea the miscarriage is not caused by exercises. But personally exercising does affect my hormone levels, which I wanted to keep it balanced when I tried to conceive again~ also I witnessed someone passed out during exercise while pregnant and it was a life-threatening situation that still gave me chills. So I kept it chill when I tried to conceive and during pregnancy. I feel like it’s better safe than sorry~
At the time of publishing this video, I am happy to share that my baby is healthy at 3 months! Good luck to all of the mamas trying to conceive at this moment~ Here comes the baby dust!! ❤
