Beyond glad to see Charlotte is still making music after leaving Delain and this sounds like a heavier take on what they produce. Not to mention her voice is so on point. Goodness, this is awesome. I look forward to checking out more.
How is it possible that none of the songs on this album are bad or even ‘fillers’? Each one is so original and unique. This is probably going to be the biggest album in the genre this year. No one is releasing such a cohesive collection where every single track is pure GOLD.

What. The. F***!? 😮 Every song I've heard from your solo album so far is exceptionally "great" (as if that could cover it). I've been a metal head for more than 25 years now and I'm used to albums being two songs I love, one song I find annoying and the rest is between fine and pretty good. But with this album I find for one thing that no song is like the other, though there's a consistency of the best elements. And yet everyone of them is so great I keep listening to them on single repeat litteraly for days. I've very rarely had a whole album speak to me that deeply on a healthy emotional level as well as artistically. To me this is a truly exceptional masterpiece. You, Charlotte, are an extremely talented artist and a great, lovable person (loved your post about Lizzo btw. or rather about the hate you had to witness towards her in your post)! Thank you for letting us partake in this journey of yours ❤
This entire experience from the Patreon preview with Alissa and the Beastlings yesterday to today’s UA-cam premiere has been wonderful. Love the song & video and truly appreciate the effort Alissa put in to traveling to make the video with Charlotte & the band. The beautiful clear vocals and the brutality of the 8 string guitar is somehow the perfect harmonious match. Monstrous and beautiful at the same time. Awesome!
The main theme seems to revolve around the relationship with nature and the cycles of life, inspired by the poem by Percy Bysshe Shelley. The voices combine a melancholic beauty with a visceral force. It is a pleasure to see Alissa White-Gluz make new gestures and also Charlotte, who since her video "The Exorcism" continues to increase them. Congratulations. THE BAD: Showing the guttural singing that Charlotte can achieve makes many of us here hope to see more of those gutturals in her next videos.

Wow, this gave me goosebumps! Your voices are the perfect match and I think it´s great that Alissa always does a lot of clean vocals in your songs. Her growling is impressive and great, but I also really like her singing voice. Fantastic visuals, too. This is art with an important message!
Charlotte is one of the few female metal vocalists that expresses versatility. I can't think of too many others. However, versatility comes in colours or shades, so effectively Alissa and Simone are equally talented with versatility attributes capable of enhancing without outshining. So, it is fair to say we've been treated with collaborative affairs numbering in the compositional realm comprised of cohesive vocalists who blow away stadiums. THAT needs recognition along with the band compliment of a calibre I've enjoyed for a long while. Anyway, Alissa and Charlotte have a surprising collaborative function that works insanely well. Seriously they could strike an album front to back together comfortably. Hmm, that's only a logistical crazy notion. I'm just in awe. Keep cuttin'-sick with all you do C.W.

Power metal was and still is my most favourite but I have no problem with something interesting, like for example Behemoth or Dimmu Borgir or even Carach Angren 😂 but I need melody and some changes in album, I cant listen to bands that play death metal from start to finish whole album the same. But if it is like Amon Amart.. hell yeah . But maybe you dont know some of these, which I really love Rough Silk, (very interesting and I mean very, try Lucifer's Hotel) Walk in Darkness (try road to Babylon or Mists of Time), Demon and Wizards (you probably know this, iced earth and blind guardian together), Vicious Crusade, Pain of Salvation, Dark at Dawn, Rebellion, or even great musical Clive Owen and Oliver Wakeman Hound of Baskerville, I love this And my one of the best "composers" is Snowy Shaw, I really love everything from him, Mad Architect , both albums are simple masterpieces, his solo White is new Black is 10/10 for me, or his other projects Pagliachi opera, Opera Diabolicus etc... snowy is for me the musical hero :D Or very interesting band Two Steps From Hell , album Neon Nights, is really not metal but its great... Absolutely great is as well The Experiment No.Q , 3 albums trilogy and breathtaking... Yes, another collab this year! Now we need Alissa to release a solo album with her and Simone and in the mix, and the circle will be complete, haha. Anyway, I'm so happy they ended up making this. It's so detailed and filled with great meaning. I believe it relates to pollution. With Alissa's calm expression, while displaying her rough vocals, it seems like it represents a two-sided feeling to that matter, while Charlotte represents innocent nature. There are those who do the polluting, and this part shows the ones who see harm being done, but do nothing to lessen it, and just take it is comes. That's my interpretation, though. I have to read the lyrics too see more. But yeah, that was quite enjoyable.
I enjoyed listening to Ode To The West Wind song very much. The instrumentals & all the singing are a great Fit! :D The music video is pretty good. Very theatrical! In some video shots, I love the way that Alissa & Charlotte posed like the Cherub painting (I used to own the printed paint in the past) with the wings props! I enjoyed listening to Ode To The West Wind song very much. The instrumentals & all the singing are a great Fit! :D The music video is pretty good. Very theatrical! In some video shots, I love the way that Alissa & Charlotte posed like the Cherub painting (I used to own the printed paint in the past) with the wings props! Good job to crew putting on a nice production, and way to go both Alissa & Charlotte! 👏👏👏👏👏
