Good for you on quitting! The toxic environment may also contribute to you feeling down and tired! Excercise helps me tremendously with mental health, just 15-30min outside gives me so much energy

Shay I always wondered what you did once you ran out of places to visit and I think once the repeat visits and when I noticed that things went south for you with this job. It is so important to be happy in your job. Don’t get down on yourself if it takes you a while to find the right fit for you. I applied 5 times for my job and finally got called for an interview and got the job. I worked at my local library for 17 years and now I am retired but it was such a great job, I was a page.
Also as far as blood work, I have had the same issues but then I was told I was probably coming in dehydrated from not enough water and also drinking wine the night before haha, that shit dehydrates you. 😅
I’m doing okkkkkk, believe it or not I was sick for about a month and just thought it was a cold that lingered, turns out some stuff showed up on my ct scan of the chest and yesterday I found out I probably had walking pneumonia and so now I’m on antibiotics.

Congratulations. Good job. Glad you went through with it. However I can’t believe she made you actually work the two weeks. Glad you’re free of them. I’m still working at my job that I dread. My boss is my “friend” so it feels harder to just say - see ya. It’ll be okay. Glad for you. ❤keep coming back, btw, is a thing they say at AA meetings. lol.

Thank you for the WIP and chat, Shay. I'm happy for you that you have your 2 weeks' notice. It's very possible that your health worries are all related to that job, and once you're finished, you will be fine. Good luck! Hoping you land the perfect job for you! Have a great rest of your week and weekend!

Hi hun x Thanks for the WIP and Chat. It is not good working in a job you are not happy in it makes you so unhappy, and I'm so glad Mr Shay is so supportive.
It's great Nate is having the extra help. I am not good at exams and nothing goes in line enough for me to sit an exam. I didn't do to bad when I worked I enjoyed most of it.
I'm glad your bloods were good and the implants work for you. I had a full hysterectomy at 36. I had to and the build up put me into a deep depression as I wanted a family and it was just so final. My depression just got worse and well I'm still battling it all 20 years later 😢.
I hope all all your parents doctors appointments went well.
Good luck for tomorrow not sure of you going back to work after lol I hope you are not in pain.
As always I wish you nothing but the best x Ellie x

The job environment sounded icky. I'm glad they at least made the process easy. It sounded like the lady was like -- here we go again, time to post away on Indeed. Yeah the mental health and physical health stuff is hard. My therapist was getting harder to schedule with due to her own health concerns and had went out of office a few days before I was about to get my ADHD assessment. So I had to start over with someone new but I gotta take care of me.

I’ve just gone on hormone therapy for fatigue and blahs. I started this week so I can see any results just yet. I’m keeping you in my prayers. You should have my phone number and email if you ever want to talk about anything. I love therapy face to face. I was told by my doctor to take my thyroid med ( I take the same as you) at least 30 minutes after eating and take it by itself and then wait at least an hour before eating or taking any other meds. It took about a month for me to really notice any difference but now I can definitely tell. I am not a tired and have even started losing weight (about 10 lbs). I had been taking my Synthroid for over 20 years with my other meds and vitamins and no one has ever said anything about taking it without anything else before.

You mentioned having to do a blood test. I go once a month for my cancer. I am a hard poke too. No matter how much drink beforehand, - it's still a hard job to find a vein in my arm. i have started just requesting them to poke me in the hand. It hurts a little bit more but is always successful the first time. I just tell them " I'm a hard pike, my veins are small, roll and deep." Please just poke my hand. they also always get the smallest needle then - called the butterfly needle. it helps a lot.
I'm so glad that you quit your job. it sounded HORRIBLE. Boring and just boring!!!! then you tell that you go back to the offices every 5-6 weeks - that sounded like you were groveling at the office's feet for more work. I think the job you had was not necessary to have so many people working so that your area was so small. Good on ya for quitting. good luck finding your better fit. I also think that the bosses wife was so rude to you about your quitting was b/c she has to hire again and if they are doing it often, it's a nuisance to her.

  • @kimdelger9976

I think after you are done with that job you hated that you will be feeling quite a bit better. I retired in January and I was constantly feeling run down and tired. I actually wrote in my resignation letter that I was just tired of being tired. I really enjoyed my job but I worked 40 hours a week and then had to spend the whole weekend doing everything at home that I didn't have any energy to do during the week. I was there 22 1/2 years and I am feeling MUCH better now. Of course, I am 62 years old so maybe that is one of the reasons I'm tired. 🤣If getting rid of the albatross of the job doesn't work, then maybe you will need to see your psychiatrist again. Hope you feel better soon!

Hey Shay, I was glad you had a chat this week. I will be traveling and attending to my parents for the next week and then my daughter should have her surgery scheduled and I’ll head to her to care for her. Being away from home, husband, son and my pets is going to be difficult. I am taking a large project and several smaller DP projects. Just hoping my mental health holds on. I’m really glad your husband was so supportive of you and just being unhappy with your job. Good for you, I’ve been lucky enough for my husband to just say, it’s ok. It’s what I needed. Something better will come along. I hope you find your happy, with a job or not. Take care of yourself, I’ve been so lost now that my children don’t NEED me. I’m trying to find a good path taking care of me and sharing struggles inside more with my husband. I’m lucky to have a good supportive spouse and just finding my new happy. I hope you have a great week and I hope to be able to keep up with you while I’m house hopping.

Now I said opinion!! You have said how you have been eating at a lot of fast food. Fast food can bog you down drastically!! It slacks your immune system. Plus, sadly, toxic atmospheres are horrid, they can make life miserable. And people like that doctors wife woooo she sounds like a real winner. And I am soo glad you are out of there.
