2.ரேஷன் கடை , government office , school ,college ,university , தலைமை செயலகம், அரசு அதிகாரிகள் office னு எல்லா இடத்திலும் இந்து கடவுள்களின் படங்கள் இருக்கிறதே, நாங்க அத பத்தி ஏதாவது பேசி இருக்கோமா?
3.ஒரு அரசாங்க கட்டிடத்துக்கு கூட கடைகால் போடுவது துவங்கி வானத்துக்கு ராக்கெட் அனுப்புவது வரைக்கும் இந்து பூஜை செய்றீங்களே, நாங்க ஏதாவது சொன்னோமா?

He has hurt religious sentiments of other faiths by describing them as sinners for whom heaven will be denied. He should be dismissed from his job and strict legal action should be taken against him immediately.

A religious organization is different form an All india service officer. He is part of govt & he has been forbidded to indulge in any propagation of religious faith or belief or disbelief or region or any political party or any other interest which is biased. Religious organizations & govt officials or altogether different.. But I don't know How people are getting confused.. ?? Hindu munnani or muslim league or CSI can propagate their religion but it is not the job of an IAS officer to do it and it is clearly given in his service rules which he has signed.. IAS /IPS / military are all 24*7 , 365 days a year dutibound service, whatever they do is service bounded to their respectful profile .. I don't know why people are so illiterate to understand even these basic informations...

No! Article 25 of the national constitution says " every citizen of India has a right to profess, practice and propagate their religions peacefully" .Accordingly UmaShankar IAS is also entitled to enjoy this right!
Joshua Jebakumar Article 25 only allows to propagate or explain his religion and it does'nt give the right to convert or malign other religion / worship/faith. This right is not absolute and the christian missionary groups have always misunderstood this from day 1. Way back in 1997 itself, supreme court has given it's clear verdict in STAINISLAU'S case. It said " each man has the same freedom of "conscience" guaranteed by that very provision. art 25(1). By speaking other belief or faith, you are intruding the freedom of other person conscience. So propagating is not absolute for any person. Conversion through "Force", "Fraud", "inducement" or "allurement" is a punishable offence. Uma shankar definitely does the last two (with all the eyesight and disease curing and crap) and doubtfully, the second one. Many further christian missionary petitions (as usual without reading the articles & its judgements clearly, which is true as of date) many other petitions were dismissed since 1997 stating example of STAINISLAU'S case. Kindly read the article 25(1) clause (2) and the case for better enlightenment.

1) He is propogating his religion and he doesnt convert anybody without his/her wish. (U must know who is doing that!!)
2) He is not booked under charges of "maligning others faith". And he is not preaching in a temple! Right!? According to "that verdict" no atheists have the right to say that there is no god! By saying that they are maligning my faith in god! (thought those verdicts r based on legislatures of MP and orissa)
3) Everybody has got the freedom of expression and it is absolute.
4) God and any related faiths are so far away from Science! U cannot ask somebody to prove god scientifically! they are entirely two separate domains. He is not charged of "Allurement". And faith healings are real! There are medical reports in support of it! U cannot comment on that if u cannot disprove it.( U r defaming him "according to law")
