Closer targets in South Korea would most likely be hit first with the accompanying reports of fire exchanged in the DMZ. In the event of all out launch of US ICBM's, the Russian and Chinese response would be initiated by an Electro Magnetic pulse weapon. Providing that weapon evaded our ground-based missile interceptors (GBI) it's blast radius would be the air space over North and South Dakota. The EMP pulse would "fry" the planes fly by wire electrical control systems and radio leaving the pilots blind and deaf, struggling to keep the plane in the air. This could have really heightened the drama on the plane as the terrified passengers were told to shut the blinds on their windows in anticipation of the thermonuclear flashes to come with the crew struggling with the planes electronic system while attempting to land in Winnipeg.
My fellow countrymen (I shudder even writing that) make fun of everything they don't understand, which is quite a lot. These are people that are force fed beliefs that free health care equals socialism, and that anyone who isn't a stereotype of Americana is a terrorist. God forbid someone ask a question or think for themselves. As far as Trump goes, a cat's ass is more sexy than him. Not all of us are like that, so PLEASE don't take it too much to heart.
