Well that was better than expected! Kangaroo Island putting on a clinic! So much wildlife and crazy salmon activity! You definitely want good weather if you're heading to Kangaroo Island as a lot of its appeal comes from the beautiful beaches and national park, and we were lucky enough to get some insane couple of days. Enjoy!

Have you tried the tendaco fish seasoning?
Place it in a plastic bag and shake the fish around and cook it in olive oil ..
When it’s cooked.. sprinkle some lemon 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
It’s like KFC special seasoning for chicken.. but tendaco is just for fish 👌🏼

Thank you for going to Kangaroo Island..... I grew up there, went there when I was 2 yrs old, as my parents where Soldier Settlers..... Where you stayed the first & second nights, was at "Millars" beach, & you camped right on where our Beach Shack was at Vivonne Bay.... So awesome to see.... Have caught lots of Salmon, & mullet off the beach there..... The dolphins at the end of the video is a regular occurrence...... Vivonne is pronounced.... Viv-on-ne..... You can leave the E off the end to make it easier to pronounce..... Thank you so much once again.... keep on keeping on..... Please come back one day, & video some more...... Cheers.... 🙂
Nice catch! Salmon hint: Bleed immediately on catching, take off fillets and skin them, then remove blood line down middle of skinned fillet which was covered by the skin. Top eating when fresh! Great dolphin footage too.

Try low and slow with the breadcrumbs/seeds on fillets my friend when their so thick.
Pull up and wind on the way down, you'll find it easier and wont break the rod, i was cringing when i saw you fishing waiting for the rod to crack
You really should upgrade to an Alvey reel for all your surf fishing 🎣

Alex needs to learn how to use a fishing rod and reel. Your reel is not a winch its just a line spooler. How you haven't snapped a rod is beyond me. All I get from your vids is that your missus has more sense than you.
But bc you live in my country it shows everyone, even the worst fisherman in the world can catch fish in Aus.
