It doesn't have to be the deck or stratgety though, sometimes it could be due to being unlucky like not always getting the right cards or dices.

@@Kukoroishere Thank you for rewatching, however it was not necessary as I meant that _everyone_ might not be lucky enough to have good dices or a good strategy and I know how to spell strategy, it was simply a small mistake but atleast it wasn't the whole word so it should be quite fine. Thank you again for rewatching it due to my comment. I am not trying to argue but simply explain.

I say it's balanced. Ganyu's entite kit is "high cost, high effect/reward". With just one turn if she does both lv.2 skill and burst (perfectly 8 Cryo dices, which is almost impossible without tuning) at the end of the turn she ends up doing 4 dmg to all characters without reactions involved.
I'm more surprised her burst doesn't cost 4 dices, and I doubt that would stop people from using her

This is before 3.7 update: Her Burst costs 2 Energy, deals 1 Cyro and 1 Piercing DMG.
Now: It costs 3 Energy, deals 2 Cryo and 1 Piercing DMG.
They basically nerf her
